Acceptance and Refund Policy
All payments to the agency are made through invoicing clients. Invoices can be sent using electronic payment systems such as Paypal, Payoneer or ePayments, which in turn support the acceptance of payments from Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
Invoicing occurs after the client receives the final version of the processed photos with the adding on they branded watermarks of agency, checks the work and confirms that the quality of the work done suits him. After checking the work, the client pays the invoice. When the money arrives at the agency’s account, the manager sends the final version of the processed photos to the client without branded watermarks. After that the deal is considered closed.
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances at FRA management’s sole discretion.
Fixpics pays percentage of all customer orders to the people who invited them. To start cooperation, a person needs to write us a letter with the subject of the letter “I want to be your partner.” After that, the manager of the agency sends in an email with a questionnaire to fill out to such a person. As soon as the information in the questionnaire will filled in, the representative of FRA sends a special promo-code. The promo-code is attached to the data, from the questionnaire filled out by this person, in the partners database. This promo-code gives an additional 10% discount on the first order for a new Fixpics retouching agency client. He gives the partner of the agency 10% of the amount of the first order of the person he invite, minus the discounts. Also, the partner will receive 5% of all subsequent orders made by this customer. Money is transferred to the partner’s account once a month, provided that, the amount that has been formed from the orders of all the clients invited by him is at least $15. If the amount is less than $15, it is carried forward to the next month, until it becomes equal to $15 or more. The number of clients brought by the partner is not limited.
